Can use lemon pepper and cook the veggies first to soften them.

Ingredients

    1 can Red Kidney Beans low sodium
    1 can Garbanzo Beans low sodium
    1 can Black Beans low sodium
    1 can Cut Green Beans low sodium
    1 can Cut Yellow Wax Beans low sodium
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 onion sweet
    1/2 c. Oil and Vinegar Dressing
    3 T Honey
    1 - 2 Tbsp Cider or Rice Vinegar

Directions

Cut the peppers and onions into 1/4" dice.
Drain the beans and mix in with peppers and onions in large bowl.
Mix the oil and vinegar dressing, honey and vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat and pour over the bean mixture. Stir well and cool, chill, stirring frequently.
