Ingredients

    Just Perfect Seasoned Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Cento Marinated Artichoke Hearts, 12 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mario Sliced Black Olives, 16 gram(s)
    Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup
    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 oz
    Fancy Shredded Italian Style Cheese, Food Lion, 0.66 cup
    All whites, egg whites, 0.25 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup

Directions

cook sqaush in microwave

brown onions, sausage and garlic on stop top in skillet. Drain
Add in olives, tomatoes and drained artichoke hearts (sliced) SImmer on low

Line baking sides and bottom of baking pan with cooked sqaush.

MIx ricotta cheese with egg and line at bottom of pan on top of squash
Top with sausage mixture
Sprinkle italian cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
