Perfect hot summer day lunch! It is light, filling, low cal, low fat, packed full of protein and fiber! I made it with what I had on hand, adjust flavors to your liking. Perfect hot summer day lunch! Ingredients

    *Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 5 serving drained
    *Bush's Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans), 3 serving drained and rinsed
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes; cut in half
    *Green onions, 0.25 cup ; chopped
    *balsamic dressing spray (10 sprays), 2 serving
    *Tastefully Simple - Spinach & Herb Dip Mix, 3 tsp (or more if desired)

Directions
