Introduction

You can't beat a fresh home made Coleslaw. Too many store bought ones are overdressed and over seasoned. This is my favourite. It's simple and keeps in the fridge for days. Ingredients

    1/2 Medium Red or White Cabbage
    1 small/med Onion
    2 Large raw Carrots
    50g Sultanas
    100g Rachel's Organic Greek Style Natural bio-live Yoghurt
    30g Hellermans Real Mayo
    20g Colemans Wholegrain Mustard
    10g Honey

Directions

Shred the cabbage, and carrots into a bowl together with the choped and sliced onion. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Serve - enjoy.
Makes 4 very generous portions.
