Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup rolled oats (churn in blender a few times)
    1 egg
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp canola oil
    1/4 cup sliced peaches, remove skin
    3/4 cup crushed pineapple or tidbits, unsweetened
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 cup milk, nonfat
    2/3 cup agave nectar

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and stir together until mixed well. Lightly spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 17 muffins.
