Introduction

A simple and quick pancake you can whip together and fry in a couple minutes. A simple and quick pancake you can whip together and fry in a couple minutes.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 Tbs Heavy Cream
    2 Tbs Almond Flour
    1 Tbs DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup, any flavor
    Splenda or any sugar free substitute to taste
    Butter for frying in (1 Tbs is counted in the calories for this recipe)

Directions

Heat butter in small skillet sized for 1 pancake.

While skillet is heating, mix together egg, cream, almond flour and Davinci syrup of your choice to flavor pancake. May add Splenda or another sugar substitute to taste.

Pour batter in hot skillet and fry like a pancake on both sides.

Makes 1 large pancake.
