Ingredients

    Pork or Beef sausage meat, two or three hard boiled eggs, bread crumbs for coating, oil (any type) for frying and beaten legg liquid (to bind the sausage meat to the breadcrumbs before frying)

Directions

1 scotch egg per serving.
boil a couple of eggs 2 or 3 for 10 mins, let it cool for 5 mins. in cold water. Peel and dry. Divide the sausage meat into 2 or 3 portions dependent on how many scotch eggs you want to make. Wrap each egg with sausage meat and coat with liquid beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs until totally covered, fry in hot oil, drain and allow to cool, enjoy
