Veg. soup that we called bear soup to get my little sister to eat it. Veg. soup that we called bear soup to get my little sister to eat it.

    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    chopped onion to taste
    bunch of carrots
    6 large potatoes
    l stalk of celery with leaves
    1/4 c. cabbage
    64 oz. of tomato juice
    64 oz of water


Brown ground beef and onion in soup stock pan. Add tomato juice and water. Shred or chop all the vegs. and add. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer until done. This is better the second time around.
