Ingredients

    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    1 mango diced
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1-2 finely chopped serrano or jalopeno peppers( seded and cored)
    2 Tbs chopped cilantro
    .5 cup black beans
    1cup white corn
    2 Tbs lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

serves 8 (4 oz each)

chop and mix all ingredients well.
Chill for at least one hour. Enjoy with fish ,seafood and chips.
