Ingredients

    1.67 lbs beef, chopped or sliced
    3/4cup sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    3tbsp of water and GF soy sauce
    2tsp worchester sauce
    3 tsp chopped garlic

Directions

boil meat til tender, drain.
in pot mix remaining ingredientsbring to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Add beef back to pot, simmer for 10 minutes.

We serve over rice.
