Ingredients

    16 oz whoel grain penne
    6 cups cubed cooked chicken (2.5 lbs)
    1 c shredded cheddar
    2 c shredded mozzarella, part skim
    1 c crumbled feta, reduced fat
    3 c baby spinach, fresh
    1 can alfredo sauce (15 oz)
    1 jar prepared pesto (8 oz)
    1.5 c skim milk

Directions

12, 1 c servings

Cook pasta
Cook chicken
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well
Separate into 2-3 casserole dishes, depending on size
Bake, covered at 350 for 40-45 minutes
Freeze remains up to 3 months
----to cook, thaw overnight in fridge and bake, covered at 350 for 50-60 minutes
