Similar to my other chili recipe but using minced beef and only kidney beans. Included here for completeness as the calories etc are slightly different. Ingredients

Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
coles mince 5 star lean, 750 gram(s) (remove)
Masterfoods Red Kidney Beans (large) - drained weight, 500 gram(s) (remove)
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
Budget whole peeled tomatoes in juice, 800 gram(s) (remove)
Leggo's tomato puree 25g=1 tablespoon, 120 gram (remove)
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
*Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp (remove)
Massel beef style stock made up as directed, 125 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Brown meat, set aside.
Cook onions and garlic 3-4 minutes in oil, add capsicum and cumin, cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, including meat (except cilantro), stir well, simmer 45 minutes or until done.
Stir in chopped cilantro just before serving.
