    Sorry about that. 9.5 oz. firm tofu, 2 TBSP lemon juice, 1 TBSP olive oil, a sprinkle of nutmeg. You can add 1/8 tsp salt if you want, but since the tortilla already has sodium, I don't add it. Hope this helps.
