Ingredients

    • Taco Bell Home Originals - Soft Taco Dinner (10 flour tortillas, sauce & seasoning)
    • 1 can Taco Bell Home Originals Vegetarian Blend Refried Beans
    • 1 package Knorr Lipton Fiesta Sides - Taco Rice
    • 2 cups water
    • 1/8 cup of Mexican 4 blend cheese per taco
    • OPTIONAL - 1 tbsp olive oil - adds 119.3 calories / 13.5g of fat / 1.8g sat / 1.1g poly / 9.9g mono)

Directions

  1. Preheat skillet to medium/low.
  2. Open Taco Bell Box and remove seasoning. Rub 2 tsp of seasoning on each side of the chicken.
  3. Cook chicken for 15 minutes, flipping frequently.
  4. In saucepan, bring 2 cups water, 1 tbsp oil and contents of rice package to boil.
  5. Stir/ Reduce heat and simmer COVERED 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
  6. In microwave safe bowl heat beans, covered, on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
  7. Let rice stand for 2 minutes before serving.
  8. Place tortiallas, covered with plastic wrap, in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or utnil warm.
  9. Create as desired.
Serving size = 2 shells, 1 1/3 tbsp taco sauce, 1/4 cup of beans, 1/4 cup rice, 1/8 cup cheese and roughly 1/2 a chicken breast.

    Incredible!
    Oh WOW! This was way simple and sooooo good! Careful with chicken that it doesn't burn. Extra good with TB hot sauce! Leftover are a sinch to refix. Insides all in a bowl, heat, wrap, top ... eat! AWESOME! - 7/21/07
