    1 can of Tuna fish in water
    2 Shallots (thinly sliced) or Scallions
    1 can of sweet corn
    homemade vinaigrette / greek vinaigrette

Directions

I make the day after i make brown rice.
This left over rice needs to be warmed up in the microwave alone before adding the dressing. Then all all the other ingredients
