Ingredients

    Ground Beef - 1 lb
    Onions - 1 1/2 cup
    Green Pepper - 1/2 cup
    Celery - 1/4 cup
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Tomato sauce - 1 cup
    Maggi* - 1 tbsp
    Sambal oelek* (hot pepper sauce) - 1 tsp
    Egg whites - 2
    Cheese - 1 1/2 cup shredded
    Sour cream - 1/2 cup

Directions

Place meat, onion, pepper, celery, and garlic in skillet. Brown. Add Maggi*, Sambal oelek*,(if using) and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spray 8X8 casserole with cooking spray. Place meat mixture in pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in shredded cheese and sour cream. Spread over top of meat. Bake in 375F oven for 25-30 mins. Let cool 5 minuters before serving. Makes 6 servings.
