Ingredients

2 chicken breast skinless and boneless, cut into pieces
1 cup water chestnuts
3/4 cup of salted cashews
1/2 cup of oyster sauce
4 tbsp of sweet chili sauce (taste of asia)
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp of green onion
chinese red peppers if desired
Directions
cook chicken until no longer pink in frying pan, then add water chestnnuts, and cashews, saute for a minute or two.
Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, and soy sauce. cook for another minute or two.
Finally add chopped green onions and saute until onion is slighty crisp. And if you like spicy add a few chinese red chilis in whole and if your real brave break a few open while cooking. this was 4 servings.great served over rice or noodles.
