Ingredients

    10 oz frozen, chopped Broccoli
    Nonstick Cooking Spray
    1/2 c chopped green pepper
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1 cup Colby Cheese, shredded
    1 c milk (1%)
    1/2 c biscuit mix
    3/4 c egg substitute
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t pepper

Directions

Spray 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
Cook and drain broccoli and add to bottom of pie pan. Add green pepper, onion, and cheese to pie pan.
Blend milk, biscuit mix, egg, salt, and pepper in blender until smooth. Pour into pie pan.
Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes, slice into 6 servings.
