Introduction

Ingredients

    2 bananas cut into slices and frozen, 1 Tbsp unsalted natural creamy peanut butter, 1 so delicious strawberry banana yogurt, 0.5-1 cup so delicious vanilla flavored coconut milk.

Directions

Peel and slice 2 bananas, put into freezer bag and freeze.

Put all ingredients into a blender, starting with a half cup of the coconut milk and blend. Add more coconut milk as needed until it's a smooth milkshake type of texture. This makes two servings. This recipe is completely free of dairy, soy, and glluten. Enjoy!
