Ingredients

1 bag Rosetto cheese tortellini
1 cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 bag cherry tomatoes, halved
A few handfuls of frozen peas
A few handfuls of frozen broccolli florets
1 cup Wishbone Rubusto Italian dressing
Directions
Makes 10 1-cup servings
Cook tortellini following the package instructions. While it is cooking cut up the tomatoes and cucumber and place in a large mixing bowl. Place frozen broccolli and peas in a collander. When the tortellin is cooked drain into collander pouring the boiling water onto the frozen vegetables. Rinse tortellini and vegetables with cold water until cool. Place the contents of the collander into the large mixing bowl and pour the italian dressing over. Toss, making sure to coat everything and refrigerate. Enjoy!
