Ingredients

    4 c pumpkin
    2 C chicken stock (2 Tbsp powder mixed in water)
    1/2 c coconut milk
    2 c celery
    1 c onion
    salt & pepper
    tumeric
    seasoning
    mixed herbs

Directions

Boil pumpkin with stock and vegetables. When pumpkin is soft, mash it and add coconut milk to thicken.

Makes 4 large bowls full.
