4 c pumpkin
2 C chicken stock (2 Tbsp powder mixed in water)
1/2 c coconut milk
2 c celery
1 c onion
salt & pepper

Directions
Boil pumpkin with stock and vegetables. When pumpkin is soft, mash it and add coconut milk to thicken.
