Introduction

Nice smoothie for breakfast or between meals to carry you over until the next meal. :) I had already drank half of it before I even thought about taking a picture. Lol. Ingredients

    1 large banana
    1 large Fuji apple
    1 cucumber
1 bunch of parsley (approx 2 cup)
1 to 2 cups of water
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

1.) Cut cucumber, apple, and banana into chunks. Grind flaxseed in coffee grinder (if you don't have a coffee grinder, just use the blender and leave flaxseed in it).

2.) Add about a cup of water to the blender and blend cucumber first until smooth (about a minute or so depending on the strength of your blender).

3.) Add parsley and blend until smooth.

4.) Add apple and banana chunks and blend until smooth.

5.) Add ground flaxseed, blend until mixed well, and add water accordingly to your blended preference.

Makes approximately two 3 cup servings

You may drink as is, with ice, chill for a couple hours, or chill overnight in fridge before enjoying. Be creative with other greens and fruits!

Keep in an airtight container/pitcher. Keeps well in the fridge for 2 days.
