Moist broiled salmon fillets Moist broiled salmon fillets
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 (3 oz. each) Salmon fillets
    4 Tbsp Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing
    3 Tsp Yellow mustard
    Splenda to taste
    8 - Saltine crackers - crushed

Directions

Take 4 Salmon fillets (3 oz. each)
Mix together Ranch Salad Dress; Yellow Mustard & Splenda . completely cover your fillets in this mixture. Then sprinkle tops with crushed crackers.
Broil for 20 minutes (or until flaky)
Serves 4

    this was a great recipe. My husband does not like salmon yet loved this recipe and said he would eat it again. - 3/31/08
