Ingredients

    1/2 cup 100% natural peanut butter made with ONLY peanuts
    2 tbsp honey
    11/2 cups Cascadian Farm Organic hearty morning fiber cereal
    1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit
    and/or
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that can help maintain cardiovascular health (included in Nutritional Info)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Using a disposable glove, tightly roll up into about 20 bite-sized balls and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.

Important to remember that you should be eating no more than 1 or 2 energy balls per day (and only before your workout.) per Dr. Oz
