Introduction

Very easy and very yummy. Can add walnuts if you choose, but I don't choose. Very easy and very yummy. Can add walnuts if you choose, but I don't choose.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Kirkwood chicken breasts, 20 oz
    *1 can (10.5 oz) chicken broth (not included in nutrition calculation)
    * *Onion Salt, 1.5 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1 cup
    * *Grapes, Red, 1 grape, 25 serving (cut in halves or quarters)
    * Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced

Directions

Pour chicken broth in 9x13 pan. Place chicken in pan and sprinkle with onion salt and pepper. Cook in 350 degree oven approx. 1 hour. When done, take it out and let it cool. After it's cooled, chop into small pieces and put into large bowl. Add grapes and celery and Miracle Whip. Stir until well mixed. I recommend refrigerating at least 1 hour to overnight before serving. Makes 12 sandwiches (2-3 T on each sandwich)
