Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (any kind you want, nutritional facts based on Great Value Acai Mixed Berry juice)
- 2 cups V8 Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 large stalks celery
- 2 cups kale
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cubed butternut squash
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
1.) Rinse celery, strawberries, banana, butternut squash, blueberries and set aside. Grind flaxseed in coffee grinder (if you do not have a coffee grinder, grind flaxseed in blender until preferred consistency and leave in blender).
2.) Add juices, water, and kale to blender and blend until smooth.
3.) Add celery and butternut squash. Blend until smooth.
4.) Add strawberries, blueberries, banana, and flaxseed. Blend until smooth.
This recipe makes approximately two 3 cup servings.
Drink as is, with ice, or chilled overnight. Keep in airtight container. Store in fridge for up to 2 days.
