Ingredients
-
1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
2 T cocoa powder
5 T splenda granular (even though the nutritional information is 0 calories, I calculated 30 calories for this, per the information on Splenda's web site about the calories in the maltodextrin fillers)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup strong coffee (I use French roast decaf and measure appr. 2 T per 5 oz. of water)
5 ice cubes
Directions
Make a thin paste from the cocoa and splenda by adding a small amount of water and stirring thoroughly. Thin out with milk to make it easier to get all of the cocoa mixture out of the mug into the blender. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with fat free whipped cream and a little chocolate sauce drizzled over the top, if desired (not calculated into calorie totals). This makes one very large serving, or two decent sized servings for half the calories.
