    *Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 12 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 131 grams
    *GV Fat Free Cream Cheese 1 oz serving, 87 gram
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 112 grams

Directions

Combine Cheeses and Tuna with Vegetables, Heat with Cooked Pasta until at serving Temperature

    Incredible!
    My hubby and I really enjoyed this version. It was excellent. I used peas, but you could put some mushrooms in. I personally enjoyed like it was. - 8/24/14

    My husband and I enjoy this basic recipe just as is. It certainly lends itself to a myriad of adaptations and I am sure we will try some ideas like adding mushrooms, hot sauce,etc... But we're not nearly tired of the original yet !!! - 10/5/11
