Introduction

These are a great low carb/low fat alternative to cheesecake! And you get two in a serving!!! These are a great low carb/low fat alternative to cheesecake! And you get two in a serving!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 Wonton Wrappers
    1Tbsp Olive Oil

    8oz Package Light or Fat Free Cream Cheese (Strawberry or Plain)
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

    6 Fresh Strawberries sliced into quarters or halves.

    As desired: sweet n low and lemon zest

Directions

Brush wonton wrappers on both sides with olive oil. Place into muffin pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

For filling, mix together cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon juice, zest of 1/2 lemon, and sweet n low as desired.

Remove wonton bowls from oven and let cool completely. Fill with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish each with two strawberry quarters and lemon zest.
