Introduction

Got from my mom... so easy to throw together for dinners or side dishes! Got from my mom... so easy to throw together for dinners or side dishes!

Ingredients

    I box of elbows cooked
    4 stalks of celery
    Imitation crab meat (sealegs)
    4 hard boiled eggs chopped up
    Light Mayo (about 1 cup) more or less to taste

Directions

Cook pasta. Run under cool water when done. Chop celery and put in a large bowl. Add hard boiled chopped eggs to celery. Dice up crabmeat and add to bowl. Add pasta and mayo to taste. Refrigerate before eating.
