Introduction

Quick toaster oven lunch - crunchy and filling. Quick toaster oven lunch - crunchy and filling.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 slices of double fiber bread, toasted
1 can of tuna in water, drained
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip
    2 medium celery stalks, diced
1 oz of low fat cheese, cut into 4 thin pieces

Directions

Toast bread in toaster oven to desired toastiness (the crunchier, the easier to hold onto to eat)

While bread is toasting, dice celery and mix with Miracle Whip and dill. Drain tuna and add to mixture.
Prepare cheese slices.

When toast is done, pull rack out and spoon tuna equally onto toast. Place two cheese slices on each. Push the rack back in and switch toaster to Broil. Toast until cheese has melted (a little or a lot, your choice). If you want to toast the bottom of the bread more, you can choose Toast instead of Broil.

Serve with grape tomatoes or fruit (not included in calories).
