Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
    1/2 scoop of protein powder (you can use any flavor you like, my calculations are with EAS vanilla)
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. of sweetener
    1/4 cup water
    cinnamon to taste
    1/3 cup blueberries

    Pam spray

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients EXCEPT for blueberries or other add-ins together in a medium size bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add blueberries or other add-ins.

Spray a pan liberally with Pam. Cook like a normal pancake.
