Ingredients

    1 tbsp Butter
    2 cups White Rice, long grain, cooked
    1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, crushed
    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    1 can sliced Black Olives
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican, shredded

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and brown slightly. Add rice. Mix in tomatoes, olives and chili powder. Cook over medium heat until all juices are absorbed. Sprinkle cheese over hot Mexi-Rice Makes 5 servings. Serve as a side to any Mexican dish.
