Introduction

As a bariatric patient, I am always looking for low fat, high protein foods. This is a single serving meal that's quick, tasty and healthy. As a bariatric patient, I am always looking for low fat, high protein foods. This is a single serving meal that's quick, tasty and healthy.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz shrimp (I use pre-cooked frozen)
    1 tbsp Kraft fat free mayo
    1/4 cup chopped onion, or 1 boiler onion
    1 tbsp fat free cottage cheese, small curd
    1/4 tsp Citrus Grill
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    few dashes of ground black pepper

Directions

Cook shrimp as desired (can be sauteed, boiled, thawed from frozen, etc).

Run under cold water when done cooking, then add to food processor, Magic Bullet, or blender with all other ingredients. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve with whole wheat crackers or melba toast.
