Delicious, healthy and quick baked chicken!! Delicious, healthy and quick baked chicken!!
Number of Servings: 4


    3/4 cup of wheat germ
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 large egg whites
    1 pound of chicken (Four 4 oz pieces)
    3/4 cup of water (boil it)
    12 sun dried tomatoes
    7 oz container of pimentos
    1 Tbsp red wine vinegar


Makes 4 servings ( One 4 oz piece of chicken each)
- Mix wheat germ, salt and pepper in a dish
- Put egg whites in a separate bowl
- Dip chicken in egg white & then dip in wheat germ mix
- Bake chicken in oven at 375 for 20 minutes (glass pan lightly coated with cooking spray)
- Boil 3/4 cup of water, then pour over 12 sundried tomatoes
- Let sundried tomatoes sit in water for 10 minutes
- Add pimentos and red wine vinegar to sundried tomato water and mix together (use blender if you have one)
- Heat sauce in microwave (optional)
- When chicken is done, pour sundried tomato sauce over it and serve with brown rice
