Introduction
This is a great quick breakfast for the days you have little time.You can substitute 3 cups of whatever fruit you like for the strawberries and bananas and skim milk for the soy but my kids LOVE this combination. Ingredients

1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 c Soy Slender Chocolate Soy Milk
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c. sliced banana
1 1/2 c sliced strawberries
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions
Stir together in a large bowl the oats, soy milk, honey and ground cinnamon then place, covered, in the refrigerator overnight. Just before serving add the fruit and nuts and gently mix together. Makes 4, 1 1/2 cup servings.
