Ingredients

Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped, 0.25 cup
Jalapeno Peppers, seeded finely chopped,1 pepper
Garlic, minced ,1 tsp
Garam Masala, 1 tsp
Curry powder, .75 tsp
Ground Tumeric, .25 tsp
Ground Chicken, 1 lb
Salt, .25 tsp
Cilantro, fresh chopped, 3 tbsp
Lime Juice, 1 tbsp
Peas, 0.5 cup
Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 1 cup
*PAM - Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Wonton wrappers (3-1/2" square) 50
Directions
Saute first 4 ingredients 3-4 minutes to soften
Add the spices and continue to saute for 30 seconds more before adding the salt and chicken to the pan.
Cook about 5-7 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
Remove from heat and cooked peas,Cilantro and Lime juice.
Rehydrated potato flakes to soak up the moisture in the cooked mixture.
Place 3/4 - 1 tbsp of mixture to center of each wonton wrapper
Moisten edges of wrapper and fold and seal into triangles
Spray with cooking spray and place on baking sheet
Bake at 425 F for 6 min and turn then continue to cook for 6 min more on other side.
Makes 50 samosas
May be frozen until ready to use
