Ingredients

    1/2 Cup all purpose flour
    1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt

(I added a little bit of pepper to the flour mix as well)
    6 Lean boneless pork chops
1 cup 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup Fat Free chicken broth
(recipe actually called for 10-3/4 ounce can condensed chicken broth, but I didn't have that, so used the above mixture)

Combine flour, mustard, salt and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet.
Dredge chops in flour mixture then cook in hot oil til browned on both sides and place in crock pot
Add soup (or mixture of soups) to leftover flour and mix well.
