Introduction

Light and tasty, low fat and very filling. Light and tasty, low fat and very filling.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 oz. Whole wheat spaghetti (2 oz dry=4 oz. cooked)
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 T. garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    3 oz. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Cook pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.

Dice tomato into 1/2" pieces, chop onion, mince garlic. Place all into a non-stick pan with olive oil. Lightly saute till just warm. Add shrimp, seasoning, continue to saute till all ingredients are warm. Tomatoes will be juicy and onions lightly crisp. Light sauteing brings out the sweetness of the tomatoes and garlic without the acidity.

Pour over pasta, toss lightly to mix. Serve.
