Ingredients

    * Zucchini, 2 cup, shredded(remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Mix together zucchini, egg, flour, 1/2 c. mozz and parm and form into a pie pan. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool ten minutes. Unstick crust from pan to prevent breakage later. Top as desired (tomato, mushroom, garlic, and mozzarella included in the nutritional info) and bake another 10 minutes or so until warmed through.
