Ingredients

    1 box Stovetop Stuffing mix (and seasoning enveloped, if separate), unprepared
    1 egg
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the stuffing mix (with seasonings, if separate), egg, water and salsa until well blended. Mix in ground turkey and knead all together. Pat meat mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake @ 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing to keep it from falling apart. Makes approx. 8 3 oz. servings.
