Ingredients

6.4 oz Tuna in water (prefer Starkist in pouch)
1 Tbsp light mayo (prefer Hellman's Light)
1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
2 medium scallions, raw
1/2 cup sliced Water chestnuts
1 tbsp Mt Olive, Sweet Pickle Relish w/ Splenda
1.5 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
1 serving (10 sprays) Ken's Lite Accents Spray, Asian
2 slices Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbread
Directions
Dice the scallions and water chestnuts and combine with tuna, mayo, Sriracha sauce and pickle relish. Mix well.
Place lettuce in bowl, spray with dressing and top with tuna. Split Wasa crackers in half and arrange alongside.
Makes 1 dinner portion or split in half for lunch.
Sodium Note: Yikes! I forget how much sodium is in tuna, Starkist has a low sodium option if this is too crazy high
