On a peanut butter addiction kick lately. This is a nice, light, filling snack, or have more for a vegetarian breakfast or lunch. On a peanut butter addiction kick lately. This is a nice, light, filling snack, or have more for a vegetarian breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp honey (or substitute an artificial sweetener, which will reduce the calories)
    1/2 c non-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup fat free cool whip

Directions

Mix the peanut butter and honey, mix in the yogurt until fully mixed and creamy. Fold in the cool whip.

Dip with apple wedges, banana chunks, celery sticks, and graham crackers (dippers not included in nutritional values.)

Makes about 4-1/4 cup servings
