I have a garden that is abundant with tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and also onions. If you don't have this stuff in a garden you can buy it from your local farmer's market or from any grocery store. Ingredients

    3 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
    1 chopped medium red onion
    2 chopped jalepeno peppers
    1 chopped serrano pepper (for those who like it hot)
    1 tsp of ground black pepper
    Salt to taste
    2 TBSP of fresh chopped cilantro (for those who like the taste of this herb)

Directions

Gather all of your fresh ingredients. Chop everything up and put it in a bowl. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well. Serve with chips, or on any Mexican entree.
