Ingredients

    1 head Cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
    1 bunch Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    6 Carrots, peeled & Chopped
    1/2 lb Cheese, cubed
    1/2 - 10oz bag Frozen Peas
    1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
    1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
    1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
    1 cup Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp Vinegar
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions

Combine all vegetables almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and pepper. When ready to serve, add dressing to vegetable mixture and sprinkle Chow Mein Noodles on top.
