    1/2 cup Lowfat Buttermilk
    1/4 cup Fat-free plain yogurt
    1 TBS vinegar
    1/2 cup thinly chopped green onion
    2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese


Makes 12 servings @ 2 TBS each

Place all ingredients together in blender and blend well. Fold in blue cheese and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
