Introduction
Very yummy, but the waffles will not get as crunchy due to the Apple Sauce in the batter. Overall though sure to be a breakfast pleaser for my husband and the kids. Liquid eggwhites, 0.5 cup
Milk, 1%, 1.75 cup
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Flour, white, 2 cup
Baking Powder, 4 tsp
Splenda, 3 tsp
Salt, .125 tsp
Directions
Makes about 7 waffles (belgian)
Preheat Waffle Iron, mix all ingredients in a blender starting with all liquid ingredients. Pour batter into iron and bake for about 5 minutes.
