    # Orange juice, fresh, 1 cup
    # Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    # Nectarines, 1.5 fruit (2-1/2" dia)
    # Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    # Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz, 2 cup

Directions

cut ingredients into bite sized seices and add to blender.set to frappe and blend till smooth and creamy.
