Introduction
strawberry shortcake is my husbands favorite... To make it work better for our diet, I cut down the calories and sugar, and since we have 2 kids making the indv cakes prevent us from sneaking more ;) strawberry shortcake is my husbands favorite... Ingredients

1- 4pack Hostess shortcakes,
1.5c sliced strawberries,
2tsp splenda (or one indv. packet),
4T smuckers sugar free strawberry topping(1T per cake),
8T reddi wip topping extra creamy (2T per cake).
Directions
Slice strawberries to make 1.5 cups, place berries in a small bowl and sprinkle with spleanda, stir to evenly coat. Scoop about 1/3cup sweetend strawberries onto each shortcake, drizzle 1T strawberry topping over each cake , then top each cake with 2T reddi wip. serve and enjoy!
