Introduction

Not too sweet, not too tart creamy smoothie that's perfect for a hot summer afternoon, or any time!
TIP: I spoon each serving into a separate sealable containers & then place them in the freezer. I'll then grab one in the morning for my lunchbox & it's thawed enough to eat by lunchtime!

Ingredients

    3 cups frozen mixed fruit (mango, strawberry, & papaya mix)
    3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 (7 oz) carton of greek yogurt 2%
    2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/4 cup 2% milk

Directions

Place all ingredients except the flax seed & milk in a blender or food processor.
Pulse until smooth.
During the last minute or so, add in the flax seed & pour in enough milk (up to 1/4 cup) to make smooth & creamy.
Makes 6 equal portions.
